Built for the landscape

Local from the foundation up
Andrew grew up in Incline Village, helping his father build homes from age 12. After graduating from UNR with a Business Marketing degree, he spent 10 years managing 29 homes for a prominent local builder.
He formed Kokanee Construction in 2022 to bring that experience—and years of trusted trade relationships—to projects of every scale.

Experience you can place
Kokanee is new by design, not new to the work. Andrew’s path runs from job sites with his father, through other local contractors, to a decade leading projects for a prominent Tahoe builder.
“10 years and 29 homes later here we are!”

What Kokanee builds
Mountain-modern is the specialty. Listening closely and building the right design is the standard.

From site coordination through the finished home, with trusted local trades at every scale.

Thoughtful updates that respect the structure, setting, and way you use the home.

Wood, glass, steel, and stone brought together with a mountain-modern point of view.

The local advantage
Years in the Tahoe building community have created strong relationships with quality local contractors. That trusted network lets Kokanee assemble the right team for a remodel, a custom detail, or an entire home.
